How do I reduce spam leads?

Getting inquiries from bots or people clearly not interested? Here is how to reduce spam without adding friction for real clients.

Check Cherry already filters out common spam patterns automatically. CAPTCHA is an additional layer for accounts that are still getting spam. Keep in mind that enabling CAPTCHA adds an extra step for all clients during a critical moment: when they are entering their contact info. This can reduce spam, but it also adds friction that may cause some real clients to drop off.

Enabling CAPTCHA

ManageBooking EngineGeneral
Go to Booking Engine.
Find the CAPTCHA setting.
Enable it.
Save.
CAPTCHA is only available for online booking. It cannot be enabled on lead forms.

You can also delete spam leads individually from your leads list.
