How do I embed my booking page on my website?

Instead of sending clients to a generic booking page, you can add call-to-action buttons directly on your website that link to your branded Check Cherry booking page. The booking page uses your logo and colors, creating a cohesive experience that feels like part of your website.

ManageWebsite Integration
Go to Website Integration.
Find Book Online and click Get Embed Code.
Choose your display style and customize the settings.
Copy the HTML code and paste it into your website.

Display Styles

Choose how your booking link appears on your website:

  • Link Only — A text link that opens your booking page in a new tab
  • Customized Link — Style the link text and appearance to match your site
  • Button — A button that opens your booking page in a new tab
Most businesses use the Button style since it's more prominent and gets better click-through rates than plain text links.

Want to skip the package selection and send clients directly to a specific service? You can create links that go straight to a specific package.

In the Customize Package Link section, select the service or package you want to link to.
Preview how the selected package will appear to clients.
Copy the HTML code and paste it into your website.

This works well when you have different pages on your website for different services — each can link directly to its relevant package.

Client Sign-In Widget

Add a sign-in button so returning clients can access their portal directly from your website. Once logged in, they can make payments, complete forms, and view their event details.

The sign-in widget uses the same style options as the booking page link:

  • Link Only — Simple text link
  • Customized Link — Styled to match your site
  • Button — Button format
Use compatibility mode if your website builder has trouble rendering the code. It wraps the widget in an iframe for broader support with platforms like Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress.
