How do I embed a lead form on my website?

Put a contact form on your website that feeds leads directly into Check Cherry. No copy-pasting, no missed inquiries — submissions go straight to your leads list.

Getting the Embed Code

ManageWebsite Integration
Go to Website Integration.
Find Lead Forms and click Get Embed Code.
Choose your display style: Link Only (opens in new window) or Embed on my site (inline form).
Select which contact form to use from your existing forms.
Copy the embed code and paste it into your website's HTML.

Compatibility Mode

If your website builder has trouble with the standard embed, enable compatibility mode. This wraps the form in an iframe for better compatibility with platforms like Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress.

Compatibility mode works with more website builders but may load slightly slower than the standard embed.

Customization Options

The advanced options let you match the form to your website's design:

  • Use wide buttons for a modern, full-width look
  • Show labels as placeholders to save vertical space
  • Override colors for labels, buttons, borders, and text boxes
  • Change font family and sizing to match your site
  • Set maximum form width and border styling
Most people start with the default styling and adjust colors to match their brand. You can always come back and fine-tune the appearance later.
