Date demand tells you whether anyone else is asking about the same date as the lead or proposal you are looking at. It is there to help you decide how hard to chase and whether to discount.
Where you see it
In the right-hand column of a lead, and of a proposal that has not been accepted yet. Click the card to open it.
What the bars mean
The bars count how many other people are asking about that date right now. One is Some interest, two is Competing, three or more is In demand. It counts other leads, proposals you have out, and bookings you have already confirmed for that day.
Seeing who else is asking
Click the line that names the count, for example 4 other leads for this date. That opens the same list you get by clicking the date on the booking, with every lead, proposal, and confirmed booking for the day.
Where the numbers come from
Two places. Your own pipeline for that date, and historical booking patterns for that time of year. The bottom line of the card tells you which of the two it used.
When it does not appear
On dates in the past, and on dates more than a year out. It also stays hidden when there is nothing useful to say about the date, so no card is not the same as a quiet date.
