When you send a proposal, your client receives a secure link like this. No login required, but looks great on desktop and mobile. At the top, you can add a custom header

Below that, your client will see scheduled for, date and time of the event, location with an embedded map, package details, name, description, included features, add-ons like photo, backdrops, prints, or extras. You can also have it to where if you need a printable version, there's one right there. This is a more traditional look and kind of just goes line by line. And once you click on that button, it will take you to the proposal page you saw before where they can choose manage add-ons, anything like that. Now, to create a proposal, go to create new proposal. Now, here you can select what package you'd like to show in the proposal.

Fill out customer details and even a new venue. You can even add public notes, private notes, anything you need to keep on track with your client or just to yourself and staff. And this is where you can either add a proposal alternative or add another package on top of this. So, we're going to add another proposal alternative. Now we're going to look at managing your proposals. So go up to sales proposals and you'll see all the proposals that we've made and have ready for the future. You can either copy the link and send it to whatever messaging service you have, email, anything like that, or you can send an email, which will take you to the messages tab. You'll see it already has these sections filled out for you. And you can edit this however you like and add any attachments or send later. You can schedule to send it later if you'd like
