How do I set my business hours?

Business hours control when clients can book your services through online booking or see available dates in proposals. You can set hours for the entire business or customize them for specific packages.

Setting Business-Wide Hours

ManageBusiness SettingsAvailability
Go to Business Settings and click the Availability tab.
Under Availability Limits, set the days and hours you're available for bookings.
Save your changes.

Package-Specific Hours

You can also set availability for individual packages and add-ons. This is useful if you offer services that have different booking windows — for example, if you take wedding bookings year-round but only do holiday mini sessions in November and December.

Scroll down on the Availability page to find per-package settings.

Package-specific hours override business-wide hours. If a package has its own hours set, those take priority over the general availability limits.

Blocking Out Specific Dates

If there are specific days you don't want to take bookings — holidays, vacations, or personal events — you can block those dates so no bookings can be made. Blockout dates are managed separately from business hours.

SalesCalendar

From your calendar view, you can add blockout dates or connect your Google calendar to automatically block out any appointments that are on your calendar. This prevents double-bookings when you have personal commitments or other work scheduled.
