Branding

Business Settings is where you configure your brand identity in Check Cherry. This includes your company name, contact info, logo, colors, and more. Everything you set here appears on your proposals, invoices, contracts, booking pages, and client-facing emails.

Check Cherry supports multiple brands. If your plan includes additional brands, you will see an Add Another Brand button at the bottom of the page. Each brand gets its own name, logo, colors, and contact info.

Account Settings

These settings control general behavior across your account.

  • Time Zone: Sets the default time zone for your account. This affects how event times are displayed throughout the platform.
  • Weeks start on: Choose whether your calendar week starts on Sunday or Monday.
  • Group packages booked on the same day in the calendar: When enabled, multiple packages booked for the same date will be grouped together in the calendar view.

Messages

  • Enable Email Reply Tracking: Automatically tracks replies from emails sent through Check Cherry, so you can see the full conversation history on each booking.

Control what appears in the footer of your client-facing pages (proposals, invoices, booking pages).

  • Display Check Cherry Logo: Show or hide the Check Cherry logo in the footer.
  • Display address in footer: Show your business address.
  • Display email in footer: Show your public email address.

Brand Name and Address

Your business name and address as they appear on proposals, invoices, and contracts.

  • Name: Your business or brand name.
  • Address: Street address (line 1).
  • Address 2: Suite, unit, or additional address info.
  • City, State, Zip: City, state, and postal code.

Brand Contact Info

Public-facing contact details shown to your clients.

  • Public Email: The email address clients see on your booking pages and documents.
  • Public Phone: The phone number displayed to clients.
  • Website: Your business website URL.

Brand Logo and Colors

Upload your logo and set the colors that define your brand throughout the platform.

  • Logo: Upload a logo image. Recommended size is 660 x 120 pixels.
  • Primary Color / Contrast Color: Your main brand color and its contrasting text color.
  • Navigation Background / Navigation Text: Colors for the navigation bar on your client-facing pages.
  • Call-to-Action Background / Call-to-Action Text: Colors for buttons and links your clients interact with.
Use your actual brand colors here. These appear on your booking pages, proposals, and contracts, so they should match the rest of your marketing.

Favicon

A favicon is the small icon that appears in the browser tab when someone visits your booking page. Upload a .png or .gif file, ideally 320 x 320 pixels. This is optional.

Invoices

These settings control how your business info appears on invoices and proposals.

  • Show my address on invoices and proposals: Include your business address on generated documents.
  • Override invoice and proposal details: When checked, the logo and business information entered in this section will be used on invoices and proposals instead of the primary brand details above.
The override option is useful if you want different branding on your invoices than on your booking pages. For example, you might use a formal business name on invoices but a DBA name on your public pages.

Social Media

Add links to your social media profiles. These may appear on your booking pages and in email footers.

  • Facebook URL
  • Instagram URL
  • YouTube URL
  • TikTok URL

Email Signature

Create a custom email signature for each brand. Signatures can include formatted text, images, and links. This signature is appended to emails sent through Check Cherry.

Adding Another Brand

If your plan supports multiple brands, you can add another brand from the bottom of the Business Settings page. Each brand has its own name, logo, colors, contact info, and email signature.

Multiple brands share the same payment account and bank payout destination. However, each brand can have its own statement descriptor so clients see the right business name on their credit card statement. If you run two separate businesses with different bank accounts, you need a separate Check Cherry account for each one. Use the refer-a-friend program to get a discount on the second account.
ManageBusiness Settings
Go to Business Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and click Add Another Brand.
Fill in the brand name, contact info, logo, and colors.
Click Save.
