Media Library
The Media Library is a central place to store and organize images for use across your account. Create categories to keep things organized.
Manage → Business Settings → Media Library
Supported Formats
- Accepted: .png, .jpg, .gif, .pdf
- Not supported: .webp, .psd, .mp4, .mov, .tiff
File Size Limits
- General uploads: 10 MB
- Booking attachments tab: 50 MB
- .gif files: 3 MB
Video files (.mp4) cannot be uploaded to design collections.
Spotify Playlists
Clients can paste Spotify playlist links into questionnaires. Set this up in your questionnaire templates.
