How do I get the end time to show up on a booking?

By default, bookings show a start time but not an end time. The end time appears automatically once you configure how extra hours are charged on a package — because that's when Check Cherry knows how long the event is supposed to run.

When end time will show

The end time displays on a booking when the package has a duration and a charge for extra hours configured. If either of those is missing, only the start time appears.

When end time will not show

  • Date-only packages (no time component)
  • Packages with a duration under one hour
  • Packages where 'charge for extra hours' is not set

How to enable end time

PackagesSelect a packagePricing
Go to Packages and select the package you want to update.
Open the Pricing tab.
Set the package duration to one hour or more.
Enable and configure Charge for Extra Hours.
Save your changes.
Once 'Charge for Extra Hours' is set, Check Cherry can calculate when the event ends based on the start time and duration — and that end time will appear on the booking.
