0:00 Keeping your calendar in sync is one of the most important parts of staying organized in Check. Cherry calendar integration helps prevent double bookings, automatically blocks off availability, and ensures that your bookings, appointments, and events stay uptodate across your entire team. To get started, click sales, then go to calendar. At the bottom right of the calendar,

0:21 you'll see subscribe to calendar. In the calendar UI, you'll see three different options. Company sync, personal sync, and Apple calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and others. Let's start with businesswide calendar. The businesswide calendar allows you to send all bookings and events from Check Cherry to an external calendar and pull events from that external calendar into

0:44 Check Cherry to block availability. A few important things to keep in mind. You can only connect one businesswide calendar and only admin users can manage this calendar. Next, let's look at personal calendar syncing. Personal calendars allow individual staff members to sync only the bookings and appointments assigned to them. This is ideal if you have multiple staff

1:08 members and each person needs to manage their own availability without sharing everything on a single calendar. In addition to bookings, Check Cherry now supports syncing appointments, leads, proposals, and more. Previously, personal calendars were one way only. Now, two-way sync is available for personal calendars when the enhanced scheduling option is enabled.

1:30 With two-way sync turned on, events added to a user's personal calendar can block availability in Check Cherry. This works great for things like personal appointments, meetings, or time off. To enable or disable this feature, go to manage, click user accounts, select the user, toggle enhance scheduling on or off. Once enabled, that user can connect their personal calendar and

1:53 use full two-way syncing. This applies to both business-wide calendar syncing and supported personal calendar syncing. One-way sync means Check Cherry sends events out to your calendar, but events created on that calendar do not sync back into Check Cherry. One-way syncing applies to the platforms like Apple Calendar, Outlook and Google Calendar Legacy. To use a one-way sync,
